To make our consultation as productive as possible it is important to be prepared. 

Here are a few suggestions.

*Have a Color Palette in mind- 99.9% of the clients we meet with have an idea of at least one color they would like to center their wedding around.  This is a color that we use to choose other accenting colors, flowers and fabrics to inspire your overall design.  We often use multiple colors to bring out the beauty and atmosphere of a venue. We have hundreds of color swatches and fabric panels to use to create your vision.

*Photos of flowers, décor and/or designs that reflect your vision.  It can be from the internet, books, magazines, or personal photos to help build the event theme.  We have hundreds of full size photos in our portfolio's of bouquets, arrangements, backdrops, centerpieces and many other flowers for you to review from actual weddings we have done.  We also have the current top wedding magazines to keep up with growing trends not to mention we make a few of our own!

*Measurements - If you are considering columns, backdrops, fabric draping or other décor, accurate measurements are extremely important.  Having aisle length, pew count, altar width and depth, are just a few of what you will need for your consultation.

     *Special Note: Please check with the site to make sure the décor will be permitted.  Some churches have restrictions on what can be placed at the altar if anything at all.  Show a photo of the décor you are considering to ensure there are no "day of" surprises. 

*Please consider all of your floral needs before your consultation. This includes all flowers required for the wedding party, ceremony, and reception site. 

*Budget- Having somewhat of a budget in mind is extremely important, although we realize that most people haven't a clear idea what it can cost it will be important to discuss what you want to spend BEFORE your consultation.

*Who to bring with you - Please limit yourself to only one or two additional guests.  They should be someone you trust will be true to you.  Too many opinions will only cloud your own view. 

We ask that you do not bring children - Our studio has tall vases and glassware displays and other décor.  The studio environment is not child safe. 

At the conclusion of our meeting we will provide you with an estimate to review with your groom and family members.
